What to expect. If you or your child is a first time patient to Knoxville Pediatric Cardiology, welcome to our practice.

After an initial appointment is made by your primary care physician, you will receive a new patient packet by mail. This packet contains directions to our office, a patient registration sheet and a detailed medical history. Please fill out these before you arrive for your appointment.

For your convenience, you may download the new patient forms:
-Patient registration form. -Permission to treat form.
(requires Adobe Acrobat Reader)

Also, please bring your insurance card or cards and inform our staff of any insurance issues or problems that you may have. Our experienced and friendly office staff will be happy to assist you in making the registration process as simple and easy as possible.

What to expect.A few non-invasive tests, including a blood pressure, EKG, height and weight will be done. Please assure small children that none of the testing in this office is painful. After the tests, you will next meet a pediatric cardiologist who will do a thorough exam and decide if further testing is needed in our office. Follow-up appointments will be made as necessary when you leave the office.
